I am a Seattle-based software engineer working for Reddit. I am passionate about photography, rock climbing, hardware tinkering, and high-end audio gear. Originally from Utah, I mostly grew up in NYC before relocating to Washington, where my family and grandparents have been incredibly supportive of my career choices. Outside of school, you’ll often find me exploring new hobbies or capturing life’s moments through my camera lens.

Experience

Currently working as an Software Engineer developing a full-stack internal service using django. This project is straying away from the typical workflow at Reddit, using a completely different stack than the majority of services.

Collaborated with a team of three to recondition the company’s website using WordPress, improving platform aesthetics and usability. Assisted in developing and customizing projects to meet deliverables, contributing to a successful internship outcome.

Education

A year-long program that combines college-level coursework, professional training, and a six-month internship. Developing expertise in web development, Python, Java, data analysis, and business communication to prepare for a career in application development.

Graduated with an Advanced Regents Diploma in Career & Technical Education (CTE) Certification, demonstrating strong proficiency in design and programming.
